Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are satisfied with it. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. You can easily initiate a return or exchange by emailing us with below details.

RETURN PERIOD:
We offer a 14-day return period during which you can return your package without any need to provide a reason. This period starts from the date you receive the package. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with all original tags still attached. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • For items on sale, Marbella Feeling does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from our collection or redeemed for store credit.
  • For "1+1" deals, both items must be returned together. If only one of the two items is returned, we cannot provide a refund or store credit. However, you may exchange items in the "1+1" deal for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one of the items, please return only that item and keep the other one.

RETURN COSTS:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and vary depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning the package.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing it immediately to ensure a quick turnaround, usually within a few days.
We strive to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 working days. You can track your package with the tracking number provided in your return shipment confirmation. The 10-day processing time begins once the package arrives at our warehouse. After your refund is processed, you will receive a notification, but please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will provide an update on the expected availability of the product. If you have already initiated your return and the product is sold out, we will reach out to you to find an alternative solution.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email, please contact our customer service team for help.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If your product is damaged during shipping or production, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. Send an email to info@marbellafeeling.com with a photo of the defect. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?
Please ensure that your return is sent within the 14-day period. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we offer the option of exchanging the product for another item or for a store credit. Please contact our customer support team to discuss the available options.
